Together, we created the first cooking workshop in Alicante with one goal: to bring visitors closer to the real flavours of our city.
Our space is not a stage for tourists — it’s a living, breathing kitchen inside an active restaurant that feeds locals daily. When the market closes, the people who keep it alive come to Bollitori for honest, home-cooked meals. Now, you’re invited to be part of that tradition.
Every ingredient we use is handpicked daily from Mercado Central, ensuring freshness and supporting local farmers and producers.
